Selamat hari raya! Raya kami anak beranak di Penang dah xada apa. Lainlah kalau di Miri dulu masih ada undangan raya sikit2. Bagi yang kerja opis, mesti susah nak dietkan. Kejap rumah member ni buat open house, department tu ni, vendor tu vendor ni. Bersusun lagi. Kuatkan semangat, bulan ni ja. Bulan depan leh sambung diet.

Raya tahun ni bagi kami, alhamdulillah. Kurang stress. Tiap2 tahun stress bila raya sebab sedara mara berkumpul pakat dok mengumpat dan ibu sendiri bila menolong di dapur macam tak dihargai bantuan ibu. Tahun ni ibu ambil pendekatan lain. Divide and conquer. Hehe...

Lepas raya ketiga onwards bila org dah malas ke dapur, baru ibu menyibukkan diri sendiri. Ibu xsure ada org mengumpat ka tak tapi takpalah. Asalkan hati tak sakit.

Raya pun dah berlalu. Ibu teringin suasana seronok berkumpul adik beradik dan sedara mara sembang benda yg positive tanpa ada rasa xbest, bangga diri atau kutuk2 org. Tambahan, Syawal bulan bermaafan dan bergembira bukan utk menambah dosa.

Semoga kita betul2 dapat rahmat di bulan yg barakah ini. Ha, jumaat ni ada tazkirah kat rumah mak saya, dlm pukul 2ptg. Pada yg nak join, boleh sangat. Datang beraya sekali. Just ring me first.

Should i freak out

Hmm..i started to worry about Iris's progress. She already 7 months but can't sit unsupported and not creeping yet. Even when we carried her, she put her weight fully on us and sometimes still tend to bend towards her back.

BUT..



On their way to walking, some babies skip crawling altogether -- relying instead on bottom shuffling, rolling, or slithering on their belly.

Tips di bawah diolah dari source berikut 1 dan 2

1.Kurangkan garam dalam makanan harian sebab water is attracted to sodium (garam). So when you take in higher than usual amounts of sodium, you'll temporarily retain more fluid – which contributes to a sluggish feeling, a puffy appearance, and extra water weight,


2.Kurangkan amik makanan yg tinggi karbo. Dalam badan kita ni, dah tersimpan a type of carbohydrate called glycogen; every gram of glycogen is stored with about 3 grams of water. Jadi kalo kita kurangkan carbo intake, badan kita dapat guna tenaga yg tersimpan tu dan membakarnya. At the same time dapatla buang excess store fluid tu.

3.Sesetangah makanan yg mentah ni contohnya mcm karot tak sesuai dimkn mentah2..Tahu tak 3 karot yang di masak mempunyai nilai nutrisi yang sama dengan 3 karot mentah. Tapi karot yang dimasak takes up less room in your GI tract. ( GI tract ni adalah digestive organ that extracts nutrients from your food). Jadi kalau amik karot mentah akan menyebabkan organ ni mengembang dan hasilnya? A swollen tummy.


4.Kalau boleh jgn amalkan kunyah chewing gum.Tahu tak, kunyah chewing gum tu boleh sbb kan perut buncit..'When you chew gum, you swallow air. All that air gets trapped in your GI tract, and causes pressure, bloating and belly expansion.'


5.Jangan amalkan makanan bergoreng such as donut,french fries..kuih2.Even the obligatory splash of tomato ketchup can cause bloating. 'Fatty foods, especially the fried variety, are digested more slowly, causing you to feel heavy and bloated.'

6.Sesetengah food ni high gas content...equals bloat ..so buncit nanti perut..contoh2nya "Legumes, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, onions, peppers and citrus fruits"

As for me, i gradually kurangkan itu ini. Thats why I still plumpy. Huahuahua:)). Saja tinggal for my son untuk cubit2 my body part. He loves them so much. Kurang berat banyak ni pun, insyaAllah sebab ambil B Complex yang cekap convert carbo, protein dan lemak to energy.
